2/3 cup (170 g) flour
¼ cup (60 g) spelt flour or whole wheat flour
2 tsp (10 ml) baking powder
¼ tsp (1.5 ml)

½ cup (125 g) butter, at room temperature
½ cup (125 g) sugar
Part 3
2 large eggs
½ cup (125 ml) milk
Part 4
2 cups (500 ml) 35% cream
2 ½ cups (625 ml) maple syrup
